Description

Requirements

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Polish and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with technical issues and inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Document and track user requests in a ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to enhance team efficiency.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications)
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a customer service or IT support role
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Polish and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented approach to customer service
  • Working Conditions: Onsite work in Taguig with a shift schedule
