Location: EDSA | Salary: ₱45,000 - ₱65,000 (based on qualifications)
Setup: On-site | Schedule: Shifting
Hiring Process: Initial Screening → Assessments → Operations Interview → Final Interview
Role Overview
Lead training and development initiatives for sales teams. Design and deliver training curricula, manage trainer teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive sales competency development through effective learning programs aligned with business objectives.
Non-Negotiable Requirements (AUTO-REJECT IF NOT MET)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in corporate/structured environment
- Minimum 1 year as Trainer or Assistant Training Manager in BPO setup
- Proven Training & Development or Learning & Development background
Sales Knowledge (Critical)
- Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and metrics
- Experience selling products/services in structured business environment highly preferred
- Any sales experience welcome, but structured B2B/B2C sales background ideal
Core Competencies
- Strong curriculum development and training delivery expertise
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- Multi-project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
Disqualification: Former Teleperformance employees ineligible for rehire.
