About the Role:
Teleperformance Makati is mass hiring Customer Service Representatives. Open to candidates with or without BPO experience. Great opportunity for fresh graduates and career shifters to join the largest BPO company in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet quality standards
- Follow company processes and guidelines
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate Old Curriculum / Senior High School Graduate / College Undergraduate up to College Graduate
- With or without BPO experience - Fresh graduates and no experience are welcome to apply
- With good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Willing to work on shifting / flexible schedule
- Can start ASAP
