Location: Makati City, Philippines (Chevron Office)

Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite every Monday & Tuesday | Work From Home on remaining days)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join Our Team as a Senior SAP SD Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Consultant with deep expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA to support enterprise-wide SAP initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in SAP SD configuration, Order-to-Cash (O2C), application support, SAP implementations, SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, and business process optimization. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.
Configure and enhance SAP SD functionalities to support evolving business needs.
Manage and optimize the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process.
Partner with ABAP developers and technical teams to design, build, test, and deploy custom enhancements.
Participate in SAP solution design, architecture reviews, and continuous system improvements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support SAP deployments, production releases, and post-go-live stabilization.
Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Mentor junior SAP consultants and provide technical guidance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP performance, reliability, and user experience.
Contribute to Agile project delivery and SAP transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience

10–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).
Proven experience supporting SAP production environments and implementation projects.
Extensive experience configuring SAP SD modules and business processes.
Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated leadership experience in enterprise SAP environments.
Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading SAP workstreams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Must have a stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
