*About The Role:*
Teleperformance McKinley is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our BFSI - Financial Account. Earn up to PHP 28,000 package when you join our Banking and Financial Services team.

*Position Details:*
- *Role:* Financial CSR / BFSI Customer Service Specialist
- *Site:* Teleperformance McKinley, Taguig
- *Account:* BFSI - Banking, Financial Services & Insurance
- *Salary Range:* PHP 19,000 to PHP 28,000 Package

*What You'll Do:*
- Handle financial account inquiries from banking and insurance customers
- Provide accurate information and professional resolution to concerns
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience at all times
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality compliance
- Achieve performance metrics and targets

*Who Can Apply:*
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- At least 12 months Call Center Experience required
- BFSI / Financial background is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
- Open to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
