HIRING: TRAINER – H&R BLOCK SEASONAL ACCOUNT

We are looking for experienced BPO Trainers to join our team!

Sucat | On-site

Contractual until April 2027

Basic: ₱25,500–₱35,000 + up to ₱2,500 performance bonus

Shifting schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years BPO experience

• 6 months–1 year BPO Training experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies

• Experience handling New Hire, Nesting, Product, Process, or Refresher training

• Knowledge of LMS and training tools

• Instructional Design/L&D experience is a plus
