Salary Package: ₱21,000 – ₱27,500 per month

Join one of the industry's leading telecommunications accounts! We are looking for experienced customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls related to telecommunications products and services.

Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely, accurate, and effective resolutions.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records using internal systems.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

At least a Senior High School graduate.

Minimum of 6 months of BPO (Call Center) experience is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
