We are Hiring: Instructional Designer (E-Learning Specialist)

Are you an expert at turning complex ideas into engaging, high-impact learning experiences? A leading organization is seeking a talented Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deploy comprehensive training curriculum and e-learning materials for our general workforce and specialized functional teams.

Role Overview

Position: Instructional Designer / Developer

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year of relevant experience

Work Focus: Instructional Design & End-to-End E-Learning Content Development

Key Tools: Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)

Key Responsibilities

Needs Analysis: Analyze employee learning gaps and collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leaders to define course content.

Curriculum & E-Learning Design: Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive computer-based training modules from scratch.

Trainer Guidance: Provide instruction, frameworks, and support to internal trainers; facilitate training sessions when rolling out brand-new courses.

Assessments & Metrics: Plan skills assessments and implement rigorous data-driven metrics to track and evaluate training effectiveness.

Project & Vendor Management: Deliver projects within predefined time, cost, and quality benchmarks while adapting to changing business needs. Oversee external content development vendors when necessary.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven Track Record: At least 1 year of professional experience in Instructional Design.

Software Mastery: Hands-on, practical background working extensively with Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline).

Domain Expertise: Strong foundations in core adult learning theories, instructional design models, and modern e-learning development practices.

Execution Metrics: Demonstrated ability to work within strict professional disciplines to deliver high-quality learning assets.
