Role: Sr. Manager – Process Improvement (Service Excellence)

Salary: PHP 180,000 base + PHP 20,650 allowance + sign-on bonus
Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified (minimum)
Experience managing Telco and Media accounts
Proven Process Improvement experience in a BPO setup
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Process Improvement role
At least 2 years’ tenure in the last 2 organizations
Completed GB projects for KPI improvement (e.g., CSAT, AHT, etc.)
Currently a Manager or Sr. Manager
Willing to work onsite in Clark with a flexible schedule
