LOCATION: Onsite – MOA, Pasay
WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule
SALARY: Up to ₱82,000 package
START DATE: ASAP
Role Overview:
Join our Financial Account as a Spanish Bilingual Support Specialist! You will assist Spanish-speaking clients with financial inquiries, account concerns, and transaction support in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle financial inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients.
Resolve account and transaction concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Qualifications:
Completed 2nd Year College and above – required.
6 months – 1 year BPO experience – required (financial experience preferred).
Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual Account) – required.
Willing to work onsite at MOA, Pasay.
Amenable to shifting schedules.
Can start ASAP.
