Location: Taguig City (Onsite)
Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000 (All-in, depending on experience)
Employment: Full-time
Hiring: Start ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify and engage potential business clients, generate qualified leads, and help expand our client base by promoting HR and Payroll solutions to companies across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach activities to identify potential clients.
Promote HR and Payroll solutions to businesses across various industries.
Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Schedule meetings and product presentations with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records using CRM and other lead management tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management is an advantage).
At least 2 years of experience in lead generation or business development.
Experience in B2B sales or marketing is highly preferred.
Experience in HR Services, HRIS, Payroll Solutions, or SaaS lead generation is a strong advantage.
Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and lead generation/CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a day shift schedule.
