*Overview:*

We are hiring a Senior Talend Developer / Integration Lead for our Integration and Distribution Competency Center in Taguig. You will design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise integration solutions using Talend while ensuring compliance with architecture standards and best practices.

*Must-Have Requirements:*

- 5+ years in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT, or middleware

- Hands-on experience with Talend Management Console (TMC)

- Proven experience developing and supporting Talend integrations

- Strong skills in Java, SQL / PL-SQL, and scripting

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows

- Deliver enterprise integration projects from design to implementation

- Translate business and technical requirements into integration designs

- Create technical specs, solution designs, and documentation

- Participate in project planning and effort estimation

- Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers

- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and fix defects

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs

- Provide production support and resolve incidents

- Ensure adherence to integration, security, and development standards

- Contribute to architecture improvements and best practices

- Share knowledge and mentor junior developers

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related

- 5+ years experience in integration / ETL / middleware

- Hands-on with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud

- Strong understanding of integration patterns and architecture

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

- Proficient in Java, SQL/PL-SQL, scripting

- Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar

- Experience integrating enterprise apps, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms

- Familiar with scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools

- Knowledgeable in Jira, ServiceNow

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Fluent in English, other languages is a plus

- Talend certification is a strong advantage
