CSR – Advanced Support Specialist
Salary: ₱45,000
Channel: Chat / Non-Voice
Requirements: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably handling escalations or complex customer concerns. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
TSR – Travel Account
Salary: ₱30,000
Channel: Hybrid — Voice, Chat, and Email
Requirements: At least 1 year of customer-facing experience. Technical aptitude and experience with AI-driven workflows are preferred.
B2B Pioneer Campaign
Salary: Up to ₱22,000
Channel: Hybrid — Voice, Chat, and Email
