• Participate in requirements gathering with client, analyze and review business functional and technical requirements
• Develop and manage Salesforce applications including CPQ
• Perform hands-on technical implementation with a focus on configuration or customization
• Design, configure price rules, discounts and bundles, quote templates, product selection, and pricebook
• Observe best practice for Salesforce development
• Demonstrate rich knowledge on CPQ object models
• Setup of orders, contracts, renewals, amendments and subscriptions
• Implement profile security, CPQ permissions, record types, business processes and data flows
• Understanding and creation of APIs that would cater to data flow if CPQ relevant data and custom UI development to allow for a differentiated CPQ UI as needed.
• Able to train junior teammates
• Participate in knowledge sharing activities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualifications:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
• At least 4 years CPQ project experience
• Agile methodology
• Effective English communication and confident in direct interaction with onshore
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
