Lead Generation Specialist/Business Development Associate
Description / Requirements:
Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize modern digital methods such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and targeted emails to identify and connect with high-potential clients.
- Generate leads from marketing campaigns and reach out to prospects through cold calls and emails.
- Qualify leads from various channels, introduce our services, and understand client pain points.
- Nurture leads to increase conversion rates and maintain pipeline hygiene.
- Schedule Discovery Calls with clients and coordinate with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop lead-generation strategies and improve the sales funnel.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course, preferably Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead Generation or similar role.
- Experience in selling HRMS/HRIS, Payroll & Managed Services is a Plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications & CRM.
Salary: Competitive and will be discussed during the interview for qualified candidates.
Location: Taguig (on-site).
