We are looking for SuccessFactors Consultants to join our team in Taguig.

Job title: SAP SuccessFactors Expert

Category: Business Consulting, Strategy and Digital Transformation

Location: Taguig

Work set-up: Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite

Work schedule: Mid-shift

Salary: Open Budget

Mid Level: 3-5 years

Senior Level 2: 5-7 years

Expert: 10+ years

Headcount: 3

Non-negotiable skills:

SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation projects.

Experience in performance/ASR/STI modules.

Expertise in topics related to performance campaigns, ASR & STI in SuccessFactors, both support topics involving ticketing in ServiceNow and analysis and response to enhancement requests.

Required Knowledge:

Performance and reward business processes (performance campaign, ASR/STI, and LTI).

SuccessFactors: knowledge of performance/ASR/STI modules.

he need here is for a true expert in SF Performance and Reward.
