*Description:*



 



We are seeking a Customer Solutions Officer to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our global clients through phone and digital banking channels. Your primary duties will include handling various customer inquiries and concerns related to general service, billing, disputes, credit, collections, retentions, mortgage, fraud, telesales, rewards inquiries, and fulfillment.



 



*Responsibilities:*



 



- Assist with the administration of compliance procedures and control systems.



- Ensure accuracy in research and compliance advice provided to team members.



- Develop information regarding required changes in reports and procedures.



- Prepare written and verbal reports for senior management on compliance program status, issues, trends, and concerns.



- Support the management team by implementing recommendations for changes, improvements, and enhancements.



- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.



- Fulfill client necessities while providing an exceptional client experience.



- Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.



 



**Qualifications:**



 



- Previous relevant experience preferred.



- Series 6 and 26 License preferred.



- Fundamental understanding of industry regulations.



- Proven knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.



- Effective verbal and written communication skills.



- Influencing and relationship management skills.



- Proven ability to creatively solve problems.



- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
