Now Hiring: SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Schedule: EMEA / Mid-shift

Salary: Up to ₱150,000

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and client-focused SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead to support and enhance a global client’s SAP OTC solution. The role focuses on providing functional support, process optimization, and ensuring solution stability across complex SAP environments.

The ideal candidate has strong functional and technical expertise in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and experience managing enterprise-level SAP support.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary functional lead for the SAP OTC landscape, ensuring seamless operations and system stability.

Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex OTC issues across modules such as Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical) for integrated solutions.

Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities.

Prepare documentation, impact assessments, and test scripts for change requests.

Lead and mentor team members to ensure consistent service quality.

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and advisory support.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP, specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Expertise in ECC and SAP S/4HANA, focused on support and enhancement projects.

Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing.

Proven integration experience with SAP FICO, MM, and other modules.

Experience in leading functional workstreams in a client-facing role.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.

Must be willing to work onsite 2–3 days per week in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.

Must not have been previously employed by CGI.

Preference for candidates with stable employment history (no short-term job hopping).
