Job Title: SAP Manufacturing Operations Lead

Work Setup / Location: Hybrid – Taguig City (2–3 days onsite per week at McKinley)

Work Schedule: EMEA / Mid-shift

Salary Range: Up to ₱150,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving manufacturing process optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives across global operations.

This position requires deep expertise in SAP PP, PP-PI, and QM modules, strong leadership in international SAP projects, and hands-on experience in ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP Manufacturing Operations (PP, PP-PI, QM) across international transformation projects.

Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and production planning processes integrated with Supply Chain and Finance modules.

Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement, standardization, and automation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define transformation roadmaps and align with strategic business goals.

Support SAP system enhancements, Core Model redesigns, and global rollout initiatives.

Create detailed functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials for process support and knowledge sharing.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project members.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business.

8–10 years of experience in international SAP projects, specifically in Manufacturing Operations (PP, PP-PI, QM).

Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes — from production planning and execution to quality control and reporting.

Proven expertise in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing environments.

Experience integrating SAP Manufacturing with Supply Chain and Finance modules.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

Experience leading workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.

Must be amenable to hybrid work setup in Taguig (2–3 days onsite) and to mid-shift schedule.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
