SAP HANA DB Administration

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA Database Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize SAP HANA database environments. The role involves database administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, security management, and ensuring the availability and integrity of critical business systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HANA DB Administration, strong database management knowledge, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Professional & Technical Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database administration and management
Good understanding of database management principles
Experience in database performance monitoring and tuning
Knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and data modeling
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Studio
Familiarity with SAP HANA security and authorization concepts
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule based on client/project requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform SAP HANA database administration activities independently
Develop and implement SAP HANA database solutions
Monitor and optimize database performance
Ensure database availability, stability, and data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HANA database issues
Perform database maintenance and administration activities
Support SAP HANA security and authorization requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and issue resolution
Participate actively in technical and team discussions
Provide effective solutions to work-related technical problems
Stay updated with SAP HANA technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Contribute as an SME and support knowledge-sharing activities

Eligibility

Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines
Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines
Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu City
Candidates must be amenable to a shifting schedule
