- Check the refund requests and details against refund request form's
- Monitor and review the status of refunds
- Handle queries on details and status of refunds
- Perform follow-ups on payment refunds not cleared or returned for inadiquate information
- Review and provide the refunds payment list and bank forms to the finance department for payment processing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
•AR and AP Experience
• With Experience in using SAP/Oracle (required)
• With Lead experience - Should be latest
• Above Average Communication Skills
Work Set-up: Work Onsite (Night shift)
Location: Ayala, Makati City
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
