Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Salary: 50,000
Work location/Set up: Clark, Pampanga/Onsite
Shift Schedule: Shifting schedule
Qualifications :
- Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
- Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
- Microsoft product knowledge is required
- Should have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)
- Minimum of 6 months in QA or related experience(required)
- Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college experience(required)
- Telco and general tech backgrounds are not accepted
