Work location/Set up: Clark, Pampanga/Onsite
Shift Schedule: Shifting schedule
Former employee of Teleperformance – not eligible for rehire, either direct or through a third party
No relocation assistance is available.
For the rendering period, we can only endorse candidates who can start on or before December 14.
Qualifications :
Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
Microsoft product knowledge is required
Should have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)
At least 6 months of experience in QA or a related field, including team leader experience (required).
Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience(required)
Telco and general tech backgrounds are not accepted
