Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Account: Microsoft Account.

Salary: 50,000

Work location/Set up: Clark, Pampanga/Onsite

Shift Schedule: Shifting schedule

***No relocation assistance is available. Please make sure to source candidates within Pampanga or nearby areas only***

***Reminder:

The target start date is later than Novembr 14 to December 14

Qualifications :

Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)

Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.

Microsoft product knowledge is required

Should have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)

Minimum of 6 months in QA or related experience(required)

Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college experience(required)

Telco and general tech backgrounds are not accepted

Pre-screening Notes:
