3 yrs QA Mangerial role or currently in a Sr. TL level role
Knowledge in Quality tools and analysis
Experience in Insurance domain (preferred)
Must have understanding on NPS calculation/ CSAT
Knowledge on Quality framework deployment in new transitions.
