Lead the development and implementation of Oracle Cloud applications in alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Supervise and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices across development processes.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud application development.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Oracle, Agile methodologies, Apex programming, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
