We're Hiring: Operations Manager (Senior Manager Level) – Content Moderation

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Shift: Graveyard Shift (GY)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-performing Content Moderation team. If you have a strong background in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, and BPO Operations, this is your opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop teams, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Content Moderation professionals to achieve operational and client KPIs.
Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and implement action plans to improve productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with Trust & Safety policies, moderation guidelines, and quality standards.
Analyze operational metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues effectively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO environment.
Proven experience in Trust & Safety and/or Content Moderation operations.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting policy-based operations aligned with Ad Reviews.
Knowledge of billing processes, including invoicing and payment-related concerns.
Familiarity with campaign setup, ad creation, and account configuration.
Understanding of digital advertising concepts such as CPC, CPM, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Experience using customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang on a Graveyard Shift.
Immediate starters are highly preferred.
