Are you an experienced HR Payroll Operations Leader with a strong background in payroll processing, SAP, and team leadership? We're looking for an HR Service Delivery Associate Manager to oversee payroll operations, drive process improvements, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll and customer-related concerns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve service level agreements (SLAs), business goals, and operational targets.
Develop, coach, and mentor team members to maximize performance and career growth.
Participate in strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including:
Payroll processing and bank file distribution
Payroll audits and compliance checks
General Ledger (GL) reporting
Payroll reporting and reconciliation
Government and vendor reporting
Post-payroll activities
Gross-to-Net payroll calculations
Payroll accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

7–8 years of relevant Payroll or HR Shared Services experience.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or people management experience.
Strong experience in Payroll Processing and SAP.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
