Shape the Future of Enterprise Monitoring & Observability

We’re hiring a Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to design and drive enterprise-scale monitoring solutions across modern cloud environments. If you’re passionate about Azure, ServiceNow ITOM, automation, and observability, this could be your next career move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement enterprise monitoring and observability solutions
• Build and enhance ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and AIOps capabilities
• Architect monitoring across Azure, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms
• Drive automation, performance optimization, and proactive monitoring initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, or related roles
• 3+ years in an IT Architecture role focused on Monitoring or APM
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, and AIOps
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Python
• Knowledge of Grafana, AppDynamics, Prometheus, ThousandEyes, or similar monitoring platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
