Qualifications College Graduate or Associate Graduate — any course

BS Nursing graduates are excluded

At least 2 years of Call Center experience

Experience handling international accounts catering to members, including: • Pre-authorization

• Benefits & Eligibility

• Claims

Upon Hire • ₱23,000 Basic Pay

• ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
