Norwegian-Speaking Service Desk / IT Support Analyst
Location: Taguig City (Onsite)
Schedule: Mid / Night Shift (Shifting)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: PHP 70,000 – 80,000
We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Service Desk / IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and assist end users. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot basic IT and technical issues
Document incidents and escalate complex cases
Maintain service quality and meet support metrics
Collaborate with teams to resolve user concerns
Qualifications
Fluent in Norwegian and English (written & verbal)
Minimum 2 years of IT or technical support experience
Strong problem-solving, customer service, and computer skills
Vocational, undergraduate, or bachelor’s degree in any field
Native speakers or C1-level Norwegian preferred
Eligibility
Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines, or foreign nationals with valid PRV/TRV visa
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig with a shifting schedule
