Are you an experienced IT Architect with expertise in Monitoring, Observability, AIOps, and ServiceNow ITOM? Join a dynamic team where you'll design and implement enterprise-grade monitoring solutions that drive performance, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions. Develop enterprise monitoring standards and best practices. Design monitoring solutions across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and cost-effective monitoring solutions. Drive automation initiatives and proof-of-concept projects. Support continuous improvements, software upgrades, and platform optimization.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring or related technical roles. 3+ years of experience in IT Architecture with strong expertise in Monitoring and Application Performance Management (APM). Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM, AIOps, and alert integration. Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Riverbed, Nobl9, and related technologies. Experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, SQL, Ansible, and DevOps automation. Solid understanding of Azure services, networking (WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI), and ITSM processes.
