MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST (RCM ACCOUNT)

Salary Package: (Depending on work experience)

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Qualifications:

Must have at least 1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Customer Support.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to explain complex billing concerns in a clear and simple manner.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Can handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Amenable to shifting schedules if needed.

Applicants must be 50 years old and below.

Job Responsibilities:

Process and review medical claims, billing, and payment transactions accurately.

Handle patient and insurance billing inquiries professionally.

Ensure claims are submitted correctly and follow up on denied or unpaid claims.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of billing activities.

Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding account concerns.

Provide excellent customer support while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
