MARKETING OPS MANAGER | CAMPAIGN AUTOMATION & DATA GOVERNANCE*

*Salary:* PHP 120,000 - 130,000

*Work Setup:* Hybrid (3 days Onsite, 2 days WFH)

*Location:* McKinley, Taguig City

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to drive our Philippines Growth Marketing initiatives. You will lead marketing automation, optimize campaign operations, ensure data integrity, manage lead lifecycle workflows, and enable scalable demand generation performance.

You will work closely with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to build efficient processes and deliver measurable results.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

*Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution*

- Build, execute, and optimize automated campaigns across email, paid, social, and ABM channels

- Manage segmentation, scoring models, and nurture journeys using Marketo or similar MAP tools

- Support end-to-end campaign operations including tracking, QA, deployment, and reporting

*System & Data Management*

- Own marketing tech stack components including Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools

- Maintain data quality and governance including lead routing, deduplication, and enrichment

*Performance Measurement & Insights*

- Build dashboards and reports to track funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI

- Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, targeting, and campaign effectiveness

*ABM & Personalization Support*

- Use tools like Demandbase or equivalent ABM platforms for account-level campaigns, intent-based targeting, and personalized outreach

- Partner with Sales to operationalize ABM programs and ensure smooth lead handoff

*Process Optimization*

- Identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions

- Create SOPs, documentation, and training resources for cross-functional teams

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- 4-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing, preferably in B2B digital-first organizations

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo or similar MAP, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Strong background in marketing automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, and data governance

- Experience building dashboards, analyzing funnel metrics, and improving campaign performance

- Exposure to ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus and BI tools is an advantage

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
