Job title: Learning & Development Manager

Work location: Edsa Greenfield/ Hybrid/Grave Yard Shift

Salary: PHP 120,000

SD: ASAP

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organisational Development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

•Strong expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Management (Advanced).

•Solid background in People Management, with experience leading and developing teams.

•Skilled in Content Storyboarding and designing engaging learning experiences.

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as:

•Articulate Rise

•Articulate Storyline

•Articulate 360 AI

•Captivate

•Proficient in using Vyond or other equivalent video animation tools (Advanced).

•Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Intermediate).

•Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content design (e.g., Canva, ElevenLabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified, or others) – Intermediate to Advanced.

•Advanced proficiency in Synthesia and other AI-powered video design tools.

•Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.

•Ability to analyse training needs, measure program effectiveness, and align initiatives with business goals.
