Looking for a rewarding BPO career in the healthcare industry? We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a US Healthcare Account, assisting patients with appointment scheduling and billing inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently

Assist customers with billing and account-related inquiries

Provide professional, empathetic, and timely customer support

Ensure every interaction delivers an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications:

At least 6 months BPO experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Must be willing to WORK ON-SITE
