JOB TITLE: Japanese Tech Bilingual - Java Spring Boot (Manila)
WORK SET UP: Onsite in Manila
WORK SHIFT: Depends with the client and project but they are looking for someone who can work on a shifting schedule
Salary budget: 50K - 80K (Confidential)

Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Japanese Speakers (from N5 - Native); Java Spring Boot experience required
• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience in building and deploying scalable applications.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Manila office and should be willing to work onsite.
• Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
• Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture
• Should not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
Job Description
Responsibilities of the role will include:
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to develop high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.
• Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user manuals.
