Role: Quality Analyst
Contract: Project based
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila
Work Set-up: Pure work onsite
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Headcount: 1 each Language
Onboarding DAY 1: December 1-8
Salary Package: 83-86k (can be negotiable but not more than 90k)
Basic: ₱28,000 – ₱31,000 per month
Language premium: ₱55,000
Important Notes:
• Prioritize non-natives (Filipinos)
• Project-based requirements
• Experience in quality is not required
• BPO and customer service experience are preferred only
• Language certifications are preferred and not required
• Years of living or staying in that specific country will be an advantage
• At least 2 years of work experience using the language (Japanese) is required.
• Must be at least a Senior High School graduate.
• Selected candidates will be hired on a 1-year contract. After the first year, if their performance is satisfactory and the project continues, their contract will be renewed for another year — this time with full regular employee benefits
Skillset
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
• Intermediate level of knowledge in MS-Office.
• Works accurately and with an eye for details.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a QA in both inbound and outbound projects
• Preferred: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Must be fluent in Japanese
Your Day-to-Day
• Monitors all interactions (calls, emails, Salesforce logs, XL sheets) and ensures accuracy of the same with
on-time/immediate feedback to the floor.
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration/training sessions for call center staff.
• Publishes quality trends, feedback and improvement / enhancement reports to Verisk team.
• Conduct quality monitoring and coaching
• Deal tactfully and courteously with clients
• Produce Quality reports and dashboards such as TNI, Pareto etc.
• Drive process improvement and ensure process compliance.
• Contribute to the development of the short and long term goals of the process.
• Ensure quality and CSAT targets are met at all times.
• Drive first call resolution and quality initiatives in the program.
