Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Managed Services Practitioner with expertise in Security Penetration Testing Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and managing comprehensive security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

This role involves conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, monitoring security systems, responding to security incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational security.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage security penetration testing operations and develop subject matter expertise.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
Monitor security systems and tools to detect vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and address emerging threats.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to security-related challenges.
Assist in developing and refining security policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
Analyze security findings and communicate risks effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare detailed security assessment reports and recommend corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational security and operational resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations.
Expert proficiency in security penetration testing operations.
Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment methodologies and penetration testing frameworks.
Experience using security tools and technologies to identify and exploit system vulnerabilities.
Ability to analyze security findings, assess risks, and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with information security compliance requirements and industry best practices.
Proficiency in documenting security assessments and preparing detailed reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Requirements

Must be willing to work onsite in Manila.
Must be comfortable working a rotational or shifting schedule.
Applicants must currently reside in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
