We’re looking for fluent Bahasa speakers ready to build a rewarding career with a global organization.
Position: Multilingual Customer Support – Bahasa Indonesia
Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP
Who can apply?
• Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia
• Working knowledge of English
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Must have a valid Philippine working visa (TRV holders are welcome to apply)
• Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is a plus but not required
What you’ll do:
• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email
• Provide professional support in Bahasa and English
• Handle account, billing, and service-related concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records using company systems
