Job Description

We are hiring Email Support Associates to handle customer inquiries through email, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

With or without BPO experience

Excellent written English communication skills

Basic computer navigation skills

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
