About the role
Join our dynamic team at Wipro Philippines Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. What you'll be doing
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions to enhance their satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the same industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others
