About the role



Join our dynamic team at Wipro Philippines Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. With a focus on delivering quality customer experiences, this role is vital to achieving our company's goals.



What you'll be doing




  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions to enhance their satisfaction

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices



What we're looking for




  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the same industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software applications quickly

  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others

  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
