Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Telco Account
We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused CSR to handle inquiries and service requests for a leading telecommunications account.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls
Resolve issues related to network, data, airtime, and billing
Assist with SIM activation and service upgrades
Promote telecom products and offers
Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
HS/SHS Graduate, preferably. 6 mos CCE; w/ Relocation Package
Good communication and computer skills
Ability to work onsite.
Call center or telecom experience is a plus
