Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)

Location: On-Site, Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary Package: PHP 18,000 - PHP 25,000 per month

Signing Bonus: PHP 30,000 (Terms & Conditions apply)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone in a professional and timely manner.

· Provide excellent service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Accurately document and process customer interactions and transactions.

· Adhere to company policies and performance metrics.

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve targets.

Candidate Requirements

You must meet ONE of the following criteria:

· Option 1: Completed at least 1 year in college AND has at least 2.5 years of BPO experience.

· Option 2: A college graduate AND has at least 6 months of BPO experience.

Additional Non-Negotiables:

· Willing to work ONSITE at our Cubao office.

· Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

· Can start immediately.
