Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
Location: On-site in Taguig
Schedule: Shifting
Note: Full Return to Office (RTO) is required, with limited flexibility.
Join a dynamic team as an Application Developer where you’ll design, build, and configure applications to meet business needs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Your day will focus on developing and implementing CRM solutions that enhance customer relationships and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in software configuration and customisation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business requirements.
- Perform independently and grow into a subject matter expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related challenges.
- Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Integrate CRM with other systems and platforms.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshoot CRM issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Stay current with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong grasp of CRM development principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in customising and configuring CRM solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM integration with external systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM technical issues.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
- Experience in .NET development and familiarity with SQL Server.
- Must be based in the Philippines with full rights to live and work in the country.
