- Basic Salary: ₱23,000
- Allowance: ₱2,000

Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a US Telecommunications account. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and career starters who are passionate about customer service and willing to build a career in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
- Assist customers with account-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain professionalism during all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Freshers and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.
- BPO experience is not required.
- Technical support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig / McKinley Hill.
- Preferably residing in Taguig, Makati, Pasig, or Pasay.
