Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Multi-Industry Accounts
Job Description: Join our growing team and provide exceptional customer support for leading Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Airline, and Telecommunications brands. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve account-related concerns, process requests, and deliver outstanding service across voice, chat, or email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Assist customers with billing, orders, reservations, claims, payments, technical support, and account inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Adhere to company policies and data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and multitasking abilities.
BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
