At Least HS Old Curriculum/SHS/2nd Year Completed Up To College Graduate
-At least 1 year of collections for UK clients is a must in any industry.
-Good negotiation skills along with proper and assertive communication
-Understanding of collections domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
- At Least HS Old Curriculum/SHS/2nd Year Completed Up To College Graduate
- 1 To 2 Years US Or UK Banking/financial Account Experience In A Contact Center Environment.
- Must Have Experience From The Following Financial Accounts: Banking, Collections, Fraud, Underwriting, Payouts, Or Other Similar Roles.
