- OR Senior High School Graduate with at least 3 months BPO experience

*2. E-Commerce Retail - Blended Account*

- Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience

- OR Senior High School Graduate with 6 months customer-facing experience

*3. Hotel Reservation Account*

- At least College Level - 2nd year college / 72 units completed

- Must have strictly 6 months BPO experience
