Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer/Copywriter to join our Global Marketing Shared Services Team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital publishing and social media content creation, with the ability to write compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and excellent writing skills to support marketing, recruitment, employee engagement, and internal communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Global Marketing’s Shared Services Team with various content requests.

Write and edit engaging copy for social media, including image copy, captions, carousels, and video scripts.

Draft well-structured blog articles and website content.

Create persuasive paid ads for LinkedIn and other digital channels.

Develop copy for infographics, landing pages, email communications, and internal campaigns.

Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and improved readability prior to publication.

Support the development of content for recruitment, employee engagement, awareness, and B2B marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, English, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in digital publishing and social media content creation (blogs, social media, websites, internal communications).

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to create a wide range of digital content tailored to different audiences.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Previous copywriting experience in a BPO setting is preferred and considered a strong advantage
